SAIC is placing an ever-increasing emphasis on addressing cybersecurity threats. Suppliers doing business with the SAIC should expect these types of requirements to continue to evolve and intensify. All suppliers must be in full compliance with the requirements outlined in NIST 800-171. Compliance must extend to all operation aspects - all suppliers and subcontracts storing, processing and/or creating CDI that is part of contract performance. This certification is part of the registration process.

SAIC requires suppliers to sign the SAIC Code of Conduct or provide for evaluation your company’s equivalent Code of Conduct during the registration process.

SAIC takes seriously its obligations to protect all personal data of its employees or other individuals that might provide personal information to the Company for business purposes. To that end, all vendors retained by SAIC or its subsidiaries who are given access to individual personal information are contractually required to use appropriate procedures and specific safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Vendors must agree to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws as outlined in the attached sample agreement.
